Comments on my book? Can anyone help improve it?

The story sounds like it could be okay, if a little typical, but the writing needs work. Don't be afraid to take your time with things. Flesh out thoughts and feelings so the reader can connect to your characters, instead of just describing actions. Aside from a few errors, the grammar and spelling is pretty good, so you've got a good start. Good luck with your writing!
