that used to hapen to me all the time! i found that eating something small just before i went to cl and my stomach never rumbled during cl :) You should try and eat breakfast just as you are going out of the door so your body wont get hungry as quickly :) i usually find that holding my stomach in when i feel it comin on or sucking my stomach in then letting it out really quickly will stop it from making a loud noise :) hope i helped
