Has anyone else besides myself ever rented a room out from an individual(Please read details)?

Has anyone else besides myself ever rented a room out from an individual and then when it comes time to move out they just decide to keep your deposit for no apparent reason? Then you have to take them to small claims court to get your deposit. (Which is a headache alone and cost $38) Then when the judge rules in your favor you get a money judgment. Then your ex-landlord refuses to give you a dime even though he or she is ordered by the courts to pay you. This happened to me, and this lady is like a millionaire and she is refusing to give me a measly $300. I tried to do a bank levy last Wednesday and when I told the clerk that's what I had to do she told me that I needed to get her account # and if I showed the branch manager that I have a Monetary judgment then they'll charge me $25 to look up the acc. #. Well, She didn't know what she was talking about, because when I went into her banks, both branch manages were like "Oh, we can't give anyone's acc. # out and I was like of coarse not, but I have the legal doent right here showing that she owes me money. One of them actually faxed a copy of the doent over to their legal department and then he said that's all he can do. Basically the clerk sent me on a wild goose chase. Now I understand why 80% of the people that get a money judgment are never able to collect.
