Is it legal to own a hawk in india?

1.what is its cost if it is legal .2.i will not keep it in cage or trim its wings.3.dont tell that u should be a falconor .4.i dont wont to buy any falcon or red tailed hawk i want a normal hawk.5.pls tell the cost in rupees. thank you
