Im not sure about what to do?

My problem is, my girlfriend who is 20 just told me she had a “cut buddy” (if you will). My thing is she told me she was with some guy and had with this other guy, im not really sure her reason and I don’t care.(all this is before me and her even knew each other even the "cut buddy" thing) She already has a baby by another guy and one on the way by me. From what I gathered it sounds like she was VERY promiscuous. I love her and she says she loves me, but i dont know if i should or trust her based on the what she told me and how many guys she's slept with, which it sounds like a few to me. im thinking you cant turn a hoe into a house wife or I don’t know if I should let the past be the past? (she says shes never cheated on me and never will. idk if im with her because she has my baby (so i think) or if i love her??) what to do?
