AT&T New Phone, keeping same number?

I have a Blackjack.. the first one. I recently went online and clicked the upgrade link and it took me to a list of phones. So I ordered a Samsung Impression. It will most likely be here today. If I want to simply transfer the features and services from my old Blackjack OVER to the new Impression, what would I do? I don't want 3 lines on my account. I already have 2 (family plan).. and want to get rid of the blackjack. Do I just put the Blackjack sim card in my new phone and bada bing its done?
