Girls: Ivory Vest with Black Boots?

I think it could definitely work if you wore a black long sleeved shirt or waffle shirt that's reasonably form-fitting, skinny jeans, a brown belt (in the belt loops not around the waist) and the boots...you could also add some tan/brown/ earth tone purse to tie it together a little bit more.
