How can i sharpen the detail of a small image using Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0?

I have a small pic (260x334) that i want to make a sharp a possible, so i can use it for a project that requires it to be detailed enough to look good when fitted onto my computer screen. If anyone has experience with adobe programs i would appreciate the help
