I have a interview Friday, should I tell them about my current one?

Be up front and honest with them. Start off lying and you are not going to get the trust from them. Nothing wrong with working currently and trying to move forward in the job market, even explain to them that the current job was just a stop over to be able to pay bills and support yourself until you could find the right job or right move to advance yourself.
