Is anyone still shocked about Chris Benoit and his family?

Its still hard for me to comprehend that it was a double murder-suicide!! :( I cant believe it, another great wrestler gone, man..it really makes me sad, he was one of my favorites. Was he that depressed?? What do you think happened?
