Math subject selection?

well basically, last year in Algebra 1 i aced and was the best student this year i did bad one quarter but the other i got a b-. my math teacher signed me up for intermediate algebra for next year, not algebra 2, and the rest of my cl got algebra 2. even this one kid who was on vacation one whole month last quarter and skipped the last 2 weeks of the quarter and he still got into algebra 2. my teacher also doesn't like me, so what do i do. he said last year, which i aced, is a factor in what cl i have next year, and he put me in the slow cl. what can i do now? and i was planning on telling my guidance counseler, but turns out we have to hand in our subject selection sheets in during homeroom, and by the way did i mention that my geometry teacher is an *** and his mom and dad both work at the school, his dads actually kewl, had him for science
