Mixed signals from this girl HELP?

so i txt this girl and sometimes she txts back but lately she hasnt bee but wen she does txts m she send me random hearts and winky faces with no words and i think thats cute. she also calls me cute most of the time and rated me a 9/10 but wenever i try to txt her over the last week i get no txts back
