Serious patriots question?

I don't like the Pats and will be pulling hard for them to loose each and every week. But if they win out, their record will not be tainted. You can argue last season or previous seasons, even Super Bowl seasons but I don't think you can argue this seasons record. Unless more evidence is discovered that the Pats are still using previous videos then they are clean and should be considered clean.
