How would you say this in perfect grammatical Spanish?
We are having a garage sale at my house, and my parents are trying to sell an old couch that we have. The couch is from a ranch house near to us, and the couch is old, but it still works, and it's not bad-looking. I already made signs for it in English, but we have a large Latino population around here, and I was wondering how you would say, "Caughlin Ranch House Couch. Historical piece of furniture, yet comfortable and fashionable!", in perfect Spanish, with perfect grammar. I know that my advertising might seem a little over-the-top, but we are trying to SELL the couch, and some extra praise of the couch is not going to hurt anyone. Please, please, please only answer this question if you really, actually know how to speak Spanish, or if you are a Native Speaker. Thank you very much to anyone who answers!!!!! =)
