Why is my belly on painful and leaking?

this has happened to me twice. around the area of my belly on is painfull to touch and when i move (bend down) then after a day of being painful its like as though something bursts inside and a yellow/red liquid runs out and the stench is discusting and then is still tender for the next few days. Please help. What is this and how do i prevent it from happening again.
